A nod to the many un-noticed workers of the maritime industry whose livelihoods are in question since covid-19 essentially decimated the enormous passenger ship industry.
The reference image was taken in Hong Kong at the onset of the 'Umbrella Protests', when thousands and thousands of Hong Kong Chinese rallied in illegal protest of the revert to China of Hong Kong rule. 'Keeping her pretty' is my take on what China failed to do..
